The Sacrament of Baptism
Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.

Participation in one Baptism preparation class is required for parents. This class will clarify the roles of Parents, Godparents, and the meaning of the various signs and symbols used within the baptismal rite.
Baptisms are scheduled on the fourth Sunday of each month after the 11:00 Mass. Classes are held on a bi- monthly basis.
Please stop by our Information Station and see Fr. Joe West, our Pastor, or Connie Sandlin, Director of Religious Education to inquire about a baptism class or to schedule a baptism.
