• The Sacrament of Baptism
  
  Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.   Catechism of the Catholic Church #1213
  
  Please print the 3 documents linked below:
  1) Read the first page of instructions carefully.
  2) Fill out the second page registration form.
  3) Have each of the godparents fill out the third page sponsor form
      and get it signed by their parish pastor or his representative.
      A married couple may share a form if everything applies to them equally.

  After you have completed the registration form, please bring it to Mass and see the pastor after Mass concludes. 
  
  At that time, we can:
  1) Review the registration form to ensure that everything is in order.
  2) Schedule the date of the baptism.
