Raffle Tickets - Raffle tickets will be mailed to all Parish families in early July. If you have any left over, please return them to the Church or bring them to Chicken Dinner. You can return raffle tickets to the Parish Office or put it in the Sunday collection and mark your envelope - "Capital Prize/Raffles".
** Please do not combine your raffle money with any other contributions.
** Indiana Gaming requires they remain separate. License Number 002390
Donation Items Needed - Beginning Saturday, July 25 until the start of the picnic, there will be
grocery carts in Social Hall hallway to collect 2 Liter Soft Drinks for the Ring Toss Booth.
Cakes & Desserts for Cake Booth - Donations will need to be delivered after 8:30 am Friday, August 14 to the Parish Office or before 11:00 am Saturday morning, August 15 to the Parish Social Hall.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates - Help is needed for either soliciting vendors yourself, or generously
donating gift cards/certificates in amounts of $5 or $10. Please send gift cards/certificates to the Parish Office in an envelope marked “ATTN: Chicken Dinner Gift Card Booth.”
Sponsor Advertising - If you are a parishioner and business owner, or a parishioner who can
help with soliciting local businesses to be featured as sponsors, please contact Barbara Morra at
812-282-2290 ext.18 for more information. We offer low-cost, high-visibility advertising signs that are placed for all to see in and around the gym during Chicken Dinner. A listing of your business will also appear in our church bulletin, our quarterly newsletter and on our website as a business sponsor/donor.
